HOW WE EMBRACE BALANCE

Before and after your first adjustment

How do I get started?
All you have to do is fill out the contact form and one of our staff will be in touch within the next business day. Feel free to call or text our office with any specific questions.
Can I use my insurance?
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield & United Healthcare. If you don't have either of these, we also have affordable self-pay prices!
How long will my first appointment be?
Your first appointment will include a new patient evaluation before your adjustment. This can last between 20-45 minutes depending on your concerns!
What will the adjustment be like?
It all depends on who we are adjusting, what their concerns are, and what previous injuries we need to be aware of. Please always communicate with us what your specific needs are. Adjustments vary between manual manipulations, activator devices, and gentle, stedy pressures.
How often do I need to come?
Again, totally depends on what your body tells us (and you)! All of these details will be addressed directly with you after your evaluation and first adjustment. We will also rely on your communication to know how you're feeling over the coming week after your adjustments.
Do you recommend massage therapy?
ABSOLUTELY! We have 2 massage therapists that come to our Keller office. Whether you need short muscle work done in one specific area or want to book an hour long massage, we've got you covered! We also have a massage chair you can purchcase 15 minute sessions, but your first one is always complimentary!
Are your chiropractors Webster certified?
Yes! Both Dr. Emily & Dr. Stacy are Webster certified. We specialize in pregnancy and pediatrics, but will see the whole family...grandparents too!
How should I feel after my adjustment?
Every BODY is different. You'll often feel like you're breathing easier and walking lighter, but some soreness can be normal. We recommend lots of water, epsom salt baths, and plenty of rest to help your body heal.
